Tim Stainton (Professor, UBC School of Social Work; Director, Centre for Inclusion and Citizenship) spoke to CTV News in a direct interview and part of a larger article. There he offered insights and support regarding a government-funded program to enable those who need home care to hire that help autonomously and on their own terms.
