On September 23, 2015 the UBC Faculty of Education hosted a dinner in the new Robert H Lee Alumni Centre. The purpose was to honour 100 Education Alumni (out of 52,000 that have graduated from the program since 1958). Included in this group presented with Alumni Awards was Dr. Shelly Johnson of the School of Social Work. Shelly was one of the 24 Aboriginal recipients.
