2015 Summer Project Completed – working with Inuit Youth and Elders in Gjoa Haven and Naujaat, Nunavut Territory

Dr. Frank Tester just completed the first summer of working with Inuit Youth and Elders in Gjoa Haven and Naujaat, Nunavut Territory.  The project, funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada, involves training youth in the types of research skills needed to document and preserve the cultural and historical experiences of local elders.   Read about the first summer of this project in the Nanatsiaq News:
