About
Natasha Marriette is a third-year PhD student and a Registered Social Worker in Fraser Health. She is interested in how health professionals are trained to respond to reports of adult abuse, neglect, and self-neglect, and the understanding and assessment of risk, vulnerability, and decision-making for adults interacting with the health care system. Natasha is also interested in understanding Social Workers’ experiences of violence in the workplace.
Natasha is a Sessional Instructor at the University of the Fraser Valley and is passionate about making university education accessible and bridging gaps between theory and practice.
