Catherine Frazee OC, D.Litt., LLD. (Hon.), is Professor Emerita in the School of Disability Studies at Ryerson University and was Chief Commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission from 1989 to 1992. Dr. Frazee has lectured and published extensively on human rights, precarious citizenship, and the activist resistance of disabled people.
